Project Manager

While at A&S Jacob’s experience is as a project manager for various public works facility projects including sanitary sewer lift stations, storm water pump stations, water plants, wastewater treatment plants from preliminary engineering design through bidding and construction. He has managed projects on several state, local and private sector projects including final design, contract documents, bid packages, awarding of contracts, construction services and facility startups. He also serves as district engineer for several utility districts where his responsibilities include annexation feasibilities, water and sanitary sewer system capacity and condition analyses, capital improvement plans, bond applications & election authorizations, water & wastewater plant consultation, utility extensions, rehabilitation & replacement designs, as well as commercial and residential plan review. Jacob is experienced with all critical rules and regulations of the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ), various counties and cities.
