Rosehill Meadow is a 50-acre single-family residential development designed by A&S for our client, Tejas Engineering Management. It contains a total of 240 lots, 113 of which were completed in August 2021. The remaining 127 lots in Section 2 are currently under design and scheduled for completion in December 2022.

Urban Logistics Park

Urban Logistics Park

Urban Logistics Park is a 135-acre warehouse park, located on Breen Drive approximately half a mile west of N. Houston Rosslyn Road. A&S is responsible for design of public water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, lift station, and public roads for our client, Hillwood Development Company. Public roads are currently under construction, with anticipated completion in the Summer of 2022.

Brooklyn Trails

Brooklyn Trails

Brooklyn Trails is an 83-acre single family residential subdivision in Porter TX, on the eastside of US 59 south of E. Wallis. The development consisted of a total of 416 lots for our client, Academy Development. The scope consisted of water, sanitary, storm sewer, paving and detention pond for the development. A&S also designed a new lift station with force main to tie-in to the existing WWTP and a storm pump station at the detention pond.

Mill Creek Trails

Mill Creek Trails

Mill Creek trails is a 115 acre, 448 lot single family residential subdivision in Magnolia, east of 249 on South Creek Drive. A&S was responsible for design of public water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and paving for our client, Tejas Engineering Management. The development was split into five sections with two sections being fully built out, two more delivered to home builder in March 2022, and the final section coming soon.

Porter WWTP Expansion

Porter WWTP Expansion

As the Engineer for the District for Porter Municipal Utility District, A&S identified that a 2.4 MGD expansion was required to the District’s existing Wastewater Treatment Plant. The district acquired land next to existing facility for A&S to design new disinfection basins, digester basins, aeration basins, clarifiers, chemical building, headworks, and new blower and MCC building. This project is on-going and has a completion date of February 24, 2023.

CNP Water Plant No. 3 & 4

CNP Water Plant No. 3 & 4

CNP Utility District tasked A&S with the replacement of the ground storage tanks at Water Plant No. 3 and No. 4. The existing tanks were demolished, and new 0.5 MG tanks were designed and built at both sites.

Greenwood Wastewater Treatment Plant

Greenwood Wastewater Treatment Plant

Greenwood Utility District and Parkway Utility District required a 1.875 MGD expansion due to forecasted growth and capacity. The expansion is currently being constructed on the existing WWTP site of around 7 acres in a sequence of four separate phases. The design consisted of demolition of the existing storm and sanitary sewer lines and installation of new elevated headworks, lift station, dechlorination channel, aeration basins, clarifiers, chlorine contact basin, chemical building, blower and MCC building, and detention pond.

HC MUD 61 Water Line Rehabilitation

HC MUD 61 Water Line Rehabilitation

Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 61 wanted to replaece ageing AC pipe that was causing problems all over the District. For timing, cost and environmental reasons, A&S recommended to the Board the pre-chlorinated pipe bursting construction technique. After meeting with City of Houston officials, A&S convinced the City to approve the trenchless pipe bursting process as the most advantageous for this client. The project was a great success, reducing the impact on residents and costs.
