Hala M. Abdo, P.E.

Hala Abdo joined A&S Engineers, Inc. as an intern in 2016, going on to become a project coordinator in 2017 as a recent graduate from the University of Houston. Hala has valuable experience in design of lift stations as well as water and wastewater plants. Hala has then become a Project Engineer, successfully completing the design, bidding and construction phase services for various water projects in the Houston area. Hala has also successfully completed bond application reports for TCEQ. She has managed civil engineering work for public and private clients including feasibility reports, capacity analysis, and connection count breakdowns. Mrs. Abdo is experienced with all critical rules and regulations of the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Harris County, Montgomery County, and the City of Houston.
