Gerald L. Gehman, Senior Project Manager with A&S Engineers, Inc. has over 30 years of professional engineering experience in water and wastewater distribution systems and treatment plant design. He has managed civil engineering and related projects for governmental and clients including feasibility studies, preliminary and final engineering design, preparation of bid packages, bid processes and award of contracts, construction phase services, and operations startup. Additionally, he coordinates engineering with other project elements, and serves as engineer for multiple districts.
