Jack Flores, P.E.

As Project Engineer for A&S, Jack brings more than a decade of engineering experience in the planning, design, rehabilitation, and replacement of water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, and storm sewer systems, major drainage facilities, and roadways. Currently, Mr. Flores is involved in the preparation of sanitary sewer rehabilitation proposals, chloramines, and installation of water line projects. He is also responsible for preparing cost estimates and contract documents. Jack also oversees project quality assurance, construction administration, and construction observation services.
