Justin H. Edwards, P.E.

While at A&S, Justin has been instrumental in the design of many rehabilitation projects including waterline replacement and sanitary sewer replacement. He has accurately calculated many water and sewer plant capacities. Mr. Edwards is actively involved in the design of lift stations and their capacity requirements. He has also been involved with the expansion and rehabilitation of several water plants.
