HELLO, MY NAME IS Adam

Steve began his career at A&S in 2021 as a Project Coordinator on the Land Development team, where he gained valuable experience in designing single-family residential projects, including utility and paving design, due diligence, and construction phase services. He also has experience preparing bond applications for submission to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Today, Steve serves as a Project Engineer on the Land Development team.
