HELLO, MY NAME IS Jack

As the Construction Manager for A&S, Jack brings more than 15 years experience managing construction of water and wastewater facilities, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, storm sewer systems, major drainage facilities, and roadways. Currently, Mr. Flores is involved in the design of sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects and installation of water line projects. He is also responsible for preparing cost estimates and contract documents. Jack also oversees project quality assurance, construction administration, and construction observation services.
