CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / SHAREHOLDER

Jack joined A&S in 2005. Over his 18 years at A&S, Jack has overseen the construction of water and wastewater facilities, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, storm sewer systems, major drainage facilities, subdivisions, and roadways. Jack also has extensive experience managing construction projects from start to closeout. Jack now leads the Construction team at A&S.
