PROJECT MANAGER / SHAREHOLDER

Jonathan started his career at A&S in 2015. Jonathan has prepared designs for new and rehabilitation water facilities, water well design and rehabilitation; wastewater facility expansion, and water and wastewater main replacement. Jonathan now is a Project Manager for the Public Works and Municipal Services team and serves as the District Engineer for multiple utility districts.
