HELLO, MY NAME IS Gerald L. Gehman, P.E.

Neil started his career at A&S in 2008 as a CAD technician preparing design for the Public Works and Land Development team prior to acquiring his Civil Engineering degree. Throughout his tenure at A&S, Neil has worked on projects including single-family residential development, including design of water and wastewater infrastructure, drainage facilities and pavement design. Neil is now a Project Manager for the Land Development team.
