HELLO, MY NAME IS Gerald L. Gehman, P.E.

Neil Williams joined A&S Engineers in 2008. He spent some time on the drafting team before returning to school to get his Civil Engineering degree. After graduating in 2017 from the University of Houston, he transitioned to the Land Development team. Neil has design experience with single-family residential developments, including utility and paving design, cost estimates, schedules, due diligence, preparation of bid packages, bid processes, award of contracts, and construction phase services. Mr. Williams has successfully completed the design and construction phase services for various developments in the greater Houston area. Neil is experienced with all critical rules and regulations of the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ), City of Houston, Harris County, Montgomery County, and Waller County.
