Employment Opportunities
Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineer Land Development
- Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, reports, and technical documents.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your network to drive business growth and secure new projects.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, including junior engineers and support staff.
- Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.
- Ensure quality control with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
Civil 3d Cad Tech
- Produce construction drawings for various civil engineering projects.
- Generate plan and profile views using Civil 3D.
- Incorporate proposed pipes using pipe networks for utility infrastructure.
- Utilize and adhere to existing CAD drafting standards and styles.
- Interpret sketches, details, and engineering data to integrate into construction drawings.
- Provide material quantity take offs from design drawings to allow for estimating.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Works well in a team oriented environment and independently to complete CAD assignments with direction from engineers and other CAD Techs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of flowlines and underground utilities.
- Ability to analyze and resolve conflicts in gravity sewer and storm drain systems.
- Experience creating detailed construction drawings for civil engineering projects.
- Detail-oriented, with a professional attitude and strong communication skills.
- Self-starter and team player with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
