The development consists of water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, paving, and bridges to serve approximately 105 lots within Black Oak Section 1 including detention ponds and lift stations.
The project consists of design and construction of replacement the 0.50 MGD El Dorado Utility District Wastewater Treatment Plant including an elevated headworks with mechanical fine screen, aeration basins, clarifiers, a chlorine contact basin, building for the motor control center, chemical feed system, and multi-stage centrifugal blowers. Also, the scope includes converting the existing aeration basin and chlorine contact basin to a digester, new electrical service, site work, detention pond and site grading, storm sewer and outfall, plant piping, protective coatings, paving, electrical duct banks, conduit, and wiring.
The Project consisted of the rehabilitation of approximately 45,000 linear feet of 12-inch, 8-inch, 6-inch, and 4-inch water line using “in-situ” replacement with pre-chlorinated pipe bursting method, including replacement of water valves, fire hydrants and service connections.
